A simply stunning brand new 6 bedroom pool home set in the stunning privately gated Solterra resort.The home was completed in April 2016 and has been tastefully furnished and decorated by the owner.The home benefits from a large oversized pool deck complete with very large pool and spa both of which have access rails to them.Inside the home you will find a wonderfully appointed kitchen complete with granite work surfaces, stainless steel appliances and an inviting breakfast bar.The dining area comfortably seats 12 and to the front of the home there is a family room complete with hexagonal card table and Apple I docking station.The lounge has mushroom coloured leather sofas and an ample sized 50 inch LED TV.Upstairs on the first floor there is a superb grand family/cinema room complete with two huge brown leather sofas and a fantastic 70 inch TV complete with DVD player.The home has the very latest lightening 200 internet with both wireless throughout the house and two plug points if needed.Each of the 6 bedrooms are beautifully furnished with the very latest in modern furnishings, bedding and all have a TV.
This home will exceed expectations and make a great base for your holiday or business trip.Located just south of Highway 27 there are very good links to Interstate 4 meaning most attractions can be reached in around 20 minutes.For golfers there are both The Reunion and Champions Gate golf resorts boasting three championship courses each just a 5 minute drive from the house.
Finally as a guest in this home you have access to use the club house, gymn, tennis courts, volley ball courts, kids slides, pools and private cabanas.All in all a dream home fit for the guests looking for that something a little extra special. |
